How Does Acceptance Affect Stress?

Opening your heartAcceptance permits you to remain neutral and so you can see more clearly where the best efforts are to be made in a given situation. The calmness that accompanies acceptance can open you to wider perception and it helps you to move from a position of blaming to one of resolving problems. Energetically acceptance opens your field and allows for more positive flow and hence a magnetism for “greater good” to be attracted to you.

Typically people who embody the quality of acceptance have a sense of balance, appropriateness, self discipline and mastery about them. At this level equality becomes truly honored and not just a lofty ideal to be spouted about. So it follows that there is greater tolerance for diversity and more inclusion which always results in greater richness, growth and deeper connection for all involved….a field where the best in all of us can grow.
