In recent posts we have talked about surrender, acceptance, opening and living from the heart and spiritual by- passing (using spiritual information/tools/concepts to avoid feeling, accepting or processing our human experience).
It has been said that we are spiritual beings on a human journey. We do not have to try to be spiritual–it is what we are at the core! What we do have challenges with is being human! One of the reasons I like an energetic approach to life and living is that it provides a means to embody spirit and integrate it with our human selves….denying neither…embracing both in a very real, concrete and honest and authentic way.
An energetic approach gives us a way to manage our very human emotions and thoughts….it gives us a way to integrate and channel all our energy to work for the good…of body, of mind, of spirit… for you, for me, for all.
Living Energy Works programs are all focused on helping you to move beyond your stories, hurts and stuck places to experience abundant, free flowing and coherent energy that allows you to feel your full aliveness and express your best self in the world. Inherent in the process of learning to use energy in this way is a gentle acceptance of self ‘as is’ in the now while helping to open and release that which no longer serves you.

My rationale/motivation for creating this program comes from both personal and professional experience. At some point I began to notice for myself that I needed the means to process and let go—and of course I was also observing this in clients.
Some introductory thoughts contained in the recording before the actual meditative practice begins…
We human beings do not come with a factory installed program for letting go at a deep inner level. The concept of letting go can be in our minds but unless we move the concept to an inner felt sense we have not created a mind-body bridge for information to travel over and grant us the freedom we so desperately crave from the shackles that bind us to our past.
Another way to look at this is our emotional issues need to be completed—notice the word COMPLETED—-we do not need resolution or fixing around our emotional wounds, hurts or grief —what we do require is a complete experience of them. Once that connection has been made, then any other action becomes apparent and easier. Remarkably, it is often the case that once we have a complete experience of our hurts they simply dissipate leaving a stronger bond within us and more energy freed up to flow within our system. So in this way we are each our own greatest advocate, rescuer and
