On Valentine’s Day do not forget about self love!

Thinking of ourselves as a friend can help cultivate self love.

Do you think about yourself as a friend?
Do you treat yourself as if you were your own best friend?
What would it look like to live with self love?
How would your life change if you had self love as a foundation?
Are you willing to begin to walk on that path?

Our basic energy/life force is impacted by every thought, feeling and action.

When we make the effort to drop into our hearts,and get to know, love and accept who we are, our life force naturally rises.
