The Brow chakra governs perception, intuition, perception and imagination. If one has a healthy brow chakra then there is good memory, an ability to access and remember dreams, as well as the capacity to think symbolically and to visualize.
If you find that this chakra is not working as efficiently as you would like there are many ways to begin to “work” on it to enhance its function.
Strategies for balance
Sound: chanting mmm or nnn
Meditation
Dream-work
Guided visualization
Practice visually remembering familiar people, places and things
Keep a journal of your dreams, images, and perceptions
Notice and develop all your senses fully
Begin developing intuition attuning to strongest natural sense
Color: Increasing the use of the following colors in your wardrobe or environment can help bring in more of the natural frequency of the brow chakra.
The colors to use are: Indigo, Turquoise, Mauve
Fragrance can also help to balance the Brow Chakra
To quiet an overly active Brow: White Musk, Hyacinth
To stimulate an underactive Brow: Violet, Rose Geranium
