Our aura or energy filed is connected to our nervous system. Our inside and outside environment are involved in a two way communication that we can read through our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.
In these intense times it is important to be aware of energetic sensitivity and do what we can to care for ourselves.
Disharmony in the aura creates stress (and vice versa)
Because the flow of energy is invisible to the naked eye it may be hard to understand or realize that your energy field has been compromised or assaulted. However, your feelings and intuition can be counted on to tell the story.
Our energy contracts with stress and the free flow that contributes to mind-body health is compromised. Identifying the trigger and contraction is a first step toward the self care that helps to maintain balance and flow.
Questions to identify stressed energy/aura
Have you ever been with a person and afterward felt drained or exhausted or like you needed a nap? Does following the news make you feel this way?
Have you ever encountered criticism, blaming or manipulative behavior that has left you wiped out, or feeling like you have been ripped apart or emotionally beaten up? Witnessing the same behavior happen to another, even on FB or Youtube, can have an effect on you.
Do you find yourself becoming tense, tight and constricted when you are with certain people? Again, the news can have this effect especially if it includes viewing VS reading.
Do you tend to engage in negative behaviors as a way to refuel, numb the “pain”, or distract yourself from stress or tension? Who has not during a pandemic! 🙂
These are all very common reactions to having been in contact with an energy drain of some type. The good news is that there are ways to recognize it, and repair the damage.
Aura and negative interactions
People, places or events can all have a negative impact on your energy. The only way to be sure that we stay strong, healthy and energized is to be aware, knowledgeable and responsible for our own energetic self- care. Our health, happiness and safety are all related to the state of our energy and so necessarily an inside job.
We all need our energy to be abundant, free flowing and coherent to be healthy, to feel good, happy, secure, worthwhile and valuable. Attending to ourselves at this level supports every aspect of health.
Here is a technique that can help you keep your energy open and flowing.
