We have tremendous power to create within us. However this power to create does not emanate strictly from the conscious level of mind/thought as we may believe or wish.
When we co-create (with the Universe, our Soul or Higher Self) using energy and consciousness, we are not “attracting” our desires to us as much as we are aligning with new resonant energy patterns that are available to us in a larger field of consciousness. Working with our minds, imaginations and personal energy systems, we can connect with these patterns, use specific techniques to integrate and make them our own and then the outward expression naturally follows In essence we are cultivating the resonance of whatever new pattern is desired …that is we become the energetic embodiment of it.
