Here are some questions to help bring clarity to sacral chakra core issues. This can be a difficult chakra to work with…self blame, judgment and shame can be triggered. Awareness will help to step aside from those feelings so you can do an honest self appraisal and move toward more emotional freedom. Remember, we are all human and so subject to the full range of human emotion….the goal is to bring some mastery to our emotional being.

1. Do you feel helpless to change situations? Are you open to positive change?

2. Do you stay in situations that deplete you? What are the fears that keep you stuck?

3. Do you suffer for the sake of others? What beliefs do you have that allow this to occur?

4. Do you relinquish personal happiness to maintain peace, stability, happiness for others?

5. What issue/fear do you have regarding setting a boundary that includes your needs?

6. Do you tend to be overly emotional, or too negative?
