Chakra Energy, Frequency and You
Chakra energy is what gives frequency and strength to our aura. There is an optimal frequency of energy that is associated with each of the chakras. Our eyes see that frequency as color. In fact we understand color and its properties  in an instinctual way.

Chakra Energy and Expression
The presence, absence, strength or weakness of a particular frequency in your aura influences your interests, abilities and challenges relative to the properties of that frequency.
We have a choice as to how a specific frequency (color) is expressed. However that choice may not be altogether available to us due to early conditioning and life experience (where our healing work comes in!)
