6 Practices to Build Strong, Balanced, Vibrant Energy

Strong vibrant, flowing energy is one of the best antidotes to stress!

  1. Make a list of what opens you, strengthens you, makes you feel good— commit to include more of those things in your daily life.
  2. Twirl…Really! Spinning in a clockwise direction adjusts and strengthens your aura.
  3. Lovingly detach from the energy drains in your life.
  4. Recognize the difference between the chattering mind and the intuitive mind.
  5. Laugh, sing and dance more
  6. Give, love, create

In addition to the above changes you can make, another important means of caring for your life force is to clear blocks from your aura. This opens up a free flow of inner strength and vitality that leads to more vibrant energy, health, loving relationships and greater purpose, meaning and fulfillment in our lives.
Clearing blocks may require commitment but we are rewarded by having more energy available to channel toward what we do want in life rather than getting caught in frustrating, repetitive cycles that continuously produce the same tiresome outcomes.

Clearing our systems of the stress and old stagnant debris of the past does not happen without our effort. However, the effort does not have to be painful…in fact it can be enjoyable in many ways! The first step is relaxation of the mind and body that helps to let go of restrictions to the increased flow of energy, assists in learning how to quiet the ego and opens up the ability to sense subtle energies which helps to strengthen intuitive and creative abilities— not only that…we simply feel better and have a greater capacity for optimal well being on every level.
