10 Self Care Options to Stress-Less

Self care can include many different things, internal and external. Those things we do to address our internal world often can bring more lasting results to living with more peace, joy and happiness than external approaches.

  1. What if you were to hold the intention to mindfully enjoy this day to the fullest?
  2. Yawn! Yawning helps replenish oxygen and energy.
  3. Notice opportunities to not take anything personally. Often other’s behavior has nothing to do with us.
  4. Take a “breath break” every hour – focus on breathing deeply and fully.
  5. Make a list of what opens and strengthens you; commit to include them into your self care routine. 
  6. Practice expressing things in the way you would like them to unfold VS negative/fear based thoughts.
  7. How could one choice, or perspective help shift toward greater inner ease, peace and self affirmation?
  8. Twirl! Spinning in a clockwise direction adjusts and strengthens your aura.
  9. Are there any energy drains in your life you could lovingly detach from?
  10. How can you provide yourself with loving internal support today?
