It’s Friday at the end of a pretty stressful time! Energy becomes unbalanced during stress and affects thoughts, feelings and body sensations. Sometimes all it takes is a few brief moments to bring yourself back into balance.
Below is a recorded guided “meditation” that can help you balance your energy.
This is a method that I incorporate into many of the recorded programs we do–it is an excellent tool to use at the start and end of other methods. It can also be used alone to help you to: (1)increase your sensitivity to personal energy; (2)center and ground yourself; (3)experience more inner ease, peace and freedom from tension.
