Note: For affirmations to work it is necessary to be fully present in the moment and connect deeply with feeling rather than staying in the intellect and wishing for change.
Today I will notice my feelings, let them inform me without judgment and make a conscious choice to release any stress, turmoil or negativity in the moment.
I can notice what drags me down, release it and make new choices where I can.
I will make it a goal to choose peace and calm more often than stress and conflict today.
