New England is experiencing a glorious fall season with its clear air and vibrant colors. It feels refreshing as we take a deep breath and absorb the scents and views of this shift in seasons.
It feels so fitting for this week’s blog topic, meditation. We discuss the benefits of this practice, how science is learning more about these benefits and offer tips for establishing a practice. A regular practice not only offers many health benefits, it also supports deeply breathing in the beauty around us and being fully present to the glories of this season.
Wishing you a week with all the benefits of meditation and the beauty of the season!
