Everyday mind, beliefs and change
It may be difficult to discover beliefs that are blocking our forward movement from the level of the everyday mind. This is one reason why inner technologies such as imagery, visualization, self- hypnosis, relaxation and meditation are so beneficial.
It is not enough to KNOW ABOUT beliefs ( what they are and how they affect us). Knowing is a beginning. Words and thought alone are difficult ways to manage change. It is much more effective to go to the level where the mind and body communicate, to engage them in a way that erases old programming and installs new programming in keeping with what we wish to create in our lives.
Inner technologies positively impact change, health and inner peace
The methods mentioned help us drop below the level of the thinking mind and its chatter, observe from a broader perspective and shift beliefs where they live. They also have many health benefits, as well as being pleasant and easy to use.
Our brain does not know the difference between real and imagined hence imagery and visualization are wonderful ways of having a pleasant experience while also laying down new neural pathways to encourage change or new behaviors.
